Return, Refund & Payment Policy
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms:
1. Returns & Exchanges
- Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- We reserve the right to reject any request that does not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged products
- Digital/downloadable products
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
3. In-Store Pickup (Strict Policy)
- All orders collected from our branch are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, except for manufacturing defects reported within 24 hours of collection.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to shipping carriers or external factors.
- We are not responsible for delays beyond our control (customs, courier delays, etc.).
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

5. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Chargeback & Payment Disputes

- Any fraudulent chargeback or abuse will result in:
- Permanent account suspension
- Legal action if necessary
- We reserve the right to provide order evidence (tracking, confirmation, IP address) to payment providers to dispute chargebacks.
7. Order Acceptance
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product availability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraud.
8. Agreement
- By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy.
- You understand that returns are limited to 48 hours only, except in specific cases outlined above
